Bocas del Toro borders the Caribbean Sea to the north,


Limón Province of Costa Rica to the west,
Chiriquí Province to the south, and
Ngöbe-Buglé Comarca to the east.
The Río Sixaola forms part of the border with Costa Rica.
Music & Dance
The main folk dances are those of Afro-Antillean and indigenous
origin.

Traditional dances are danced in pairs and on special festivities.

The most notable dances are that of the Antillean Cuadrillas, the
Calidonia dance, the Palo de Mayo; They also dance to soca and
calypso rhythms.
Foods
Boca de Toro's food is made from fish, seafood and local products.
