By the end of this class, you should be able to perform the following on Microsoft Excel:
Currency should be formatted in South African rand unless stated otherwise, with two
decimal places.
Number may be formatted as general or number.
Date format may be yyyy/mm/dd or reverse. Short dates and Long dates.
Day of the month may also be revealed in date format.
One has a choice of full date (14-February 2024 Monday) or short date (14 – Feb-24
Mon) or (14/02/24)
=Today() function that returns live date.
=Now() function return live date and time.
When converting a number into a percentage, excel multiplies it by 100.
