• Biological: it's important to go to the doctor
regularly, have tests, get vaccinations, and
manage diseases well for good health.

• Psychological: elderly persons with


significant contact with people close to
them enjoy a broader sense of well-being
than those without such contacts.

• Social: strong social relationships can


increase quality of life and longevity.

Conclusion
•It is predicted that in the next 30 years,
Lithuania will be one of the fastest aging
societies in the EU.
•The strategies examined in our study should
help to improve the healthy lifestyle of society,
promote physical activity and participation in
general social life.
