LESSON LEARNED

 Upon studying on what are the challenges, attitudes, opportunities that the Schneider
electric face or encounter I’ve learned that even The Big company face struggle but they
don’t just sit around and wait for the future to happen. They create and change they
develop leadership qualities in associates through trust and empowerment.
