I-Land , a joint venture of both companies that "follows the process of next generation
K-pop artists being born". Enhypen was formed through I-Land, featuring 23 male
trainers, some of whom were from Belift's auditions, while others transferred from Big
Hit Music, formerly Big Hit Entertainment, all then had been training under Belift.
 The show was aired weekly on Mnet
from June 26 to September 18 2020, and
distributed internationally through Hybe
Labels YouTube channel. The show was
split into two parts, 12 contestants from
the first part made it to the second part of
the series. On the final episode of the
show, seven members were selected out
of the nine final contestants, with six
being chosen by global ranking and the

LINEUP
The final lineup of Enhypen members is Heeseung, Jay,
Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki was announced on the live
television broadcast of the finale.
THE MEMBERS
YANG JUNGWON ( 양정원 )

This is Yang jungwon ( 양정원 ) also known as “JUNGWON”

He was born on February 9, 2004, his nationality is Korean.
Yang Jungwon is the leader of Enhypen despite of being one of
the youngest. Jungwon’s height is 175cm(5’9). His dear plant
“Injang” died because he wanted to save it by cutting it.
Jungwon was a former SM trainee before he joined Big Hit. His
role model is “BTS’ JUNGKOOK.
YANG JUNGWON ( 양정원 )

A mom of a friend who was also a Big Hit trainee at the time,
showed Jungwon’s photo to a casting director, and that was
how he got recruited. He did taekwondo for 7 years and was a ?
taekwondo athlete for 4 years.?Jungwon has a caring
personality, and often ?brings things in his bag for the benefit of
the ?other members. For example, he carried mosquito
repellant for Sunghoon for a shoot because he knew Sunghoon
was allergic to mosquito bites.
 Kim Seon Woo( 김선우 )

This is KIM SEON WOO Also known as “SUNOO”,Sunoo

was born on June 24, 2003, he’s from Suwon, Gyeongi, South
Korea. Sunoo’s height is 177 cm (5’10)?his blood type is “O” .
Suno has a sister (born in 2000), he has a black belt in hapkido.
Sunoo’s favorite color are mint, purple, pink and blue
Sunoo’s hobbies are taking selfies,listening to music, playing
games, and watching movies.
Sunoo loves spicy food, disney movies,mellow music, scented
candles, mood lighting, etc.
 Kim Seon Woo( 김선우 )

Sunoo is often called “sunshine” or “happy virus” by fans for his ability to
lighten the mood and bring smiles to people’s faces. sunoo also likes mint-
chocolate flavored dessert. he doesn’t like being alone he prefers being around
people and getting to know them. his life motto is “live everyday happily”.
Sunoo is often called “Stage Genius” for his ability to express himself on and
off stage. With his love for singing and dancing, he actively participates in his
middle school’s annual choir competition. Sunoo can memorize songs quickly,
and he has loved singing since elementary school Sunoo likes flowers and
nature, and he often takes scenic photos and shares it with Engenes are social
media.
Nishimura Riki ( 西村 THIS IS NISHIMURA RIKI ( 西村 力 ) ALSO KNOWN AS
力) “NIKI”.
NIKI WAS BORN ON DECEMBER 9, 2005.
HE IS 183 CM TALL (6'0)
HE’S FROM OKAYAMA, JAPAN
NI-KI WAS IN A GROUP CALLED SHINEE KIDS, WHERE
HE WAS AS KEY THROUGH 2016-2017. HE HAS DANCED
WITH SHINEE FOR MULTIPLE STAGES.

 Nishimura Riki ( 西村
力)
Ni-ki has many hobbies including: dancing, photography, painting, soccer, bowling, fishing,
gaming, and watching movies.
He loves animals. His family has a dog named Bisco. Ni-ki was also seen playing with kittens the
staff found on the set of a shoot. He likes it when his parents send him parcels from Japan. They
often send him Japanese snacks that can’t be found in Korea as well as gifts for the other members.
His parents gifted all seven of them personalized wooden chopsticks with their names in Japanese.
Ni-ki can memorize whole new choreographies within 10-20 minutes, as confirmed both by him
and by the members in I-Land. (I-Land: episode 2; episode 12). The members have also said Ni-ki
learns choreographies the fastest. Ni-ki’s official nicknames (given by fans) are: ‘dance prodigy’,
‘legendary maknae’, ‘Nishimura-Manimura’, ‘Jjang-gu’ and ‘mandu’.
 This is Lee Hee Seung also known as “HEESEUNG”. Heeseung
Lee Hee Seung ( 이희 was born on October 15, 2001, he is 183 cm tall (6'0).Heeseung is
승) from Uiwang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.He has an older brother
who is 2 years older than he is.
He started dreaming to become a singer when he was 6. He covered
BTS’ DNA during a school function with his friends. He covered

entrance test at Hanlim Arts High school, he was approached by 7-8
company officials to cast him. Bighit Entertainment wanted the
contract the soonest, and he wanted to be there as well, so he signed
the contract. Heeseung has perfect pitch and can easily identify up
to two to three notes simultaneously. He can understand and speak
conversational English. He went to Canada during the 3rd year of
his middle school for a month-long English Training Language
program
Lee Hee Seung ( 이희
승)
Jake said when they are together, they speak in English 80% of the time. He loves
Hawaiian pizza and does not like mint chocolate.Heeseung enjoys and listens to
all kinds of music. He especially likes R&B and Indie music. Heeseung is a
perfectionist: “Some people think deeply about one thing, and others think about
a lot of things.” Along with Jungwon, he was considered as one of the candidates
to become the leader of ENHYPEN. Heeseung decided to focus on his
responsibilities as the eldest of the group. His favourite expression is “it’s no big
deal.” He said, “whether I'm in a good or bad situation, if I say it to myself, it
calms me down.” He and Sunoo are the two members who are good at eating
spicy food. Their duo is “Spicyz”. When he was younger, he used to look a lot
more like his dad but now he looks more like his mom.
Park Sunghoon ( 박성훈 )

This is Park Sunghoon ( 박성훈 ) also known as “Sunghoon ( 성

훈 )” . sunghoon was born on December 8, 2002, he is 179 cm tall
(5'10). Sunghoon is from Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
He has a sister who is five years younger.
He was a former competitive figure skater who competed both
nationally and internationally for 10 years. He passed all 8 Figure
Skating Levels before retiring in early 2020. He was a former

before retiring in early 2020. At MAMA 2020 Sunghoon did the
intro for their performance that showcased his skating skills.
Sunghoon likes working out and regularly goes to the gym along
with Jay. Sunghoon likes evening best, since that is when he has the
most energy.
Park Sunghoon ( 박성훈 )

The members describe Sunghoon as someone who persistently works hard, is very self-disciplined,
and keeps to whatever he sets his mind on. Even when things are tough, he pushes himself with
unyielding passion if he deems he has to do it. Sunghoon is very observant and shows his love by
noticing and remembering small things people around him say or do. Even though Sunghoon can be
more quiet around strangers, he is very outgoing when he is with people he is close with. Sunghoon’s
role model is BTS. He wanted to become a Kpop idol after seeing them perform live. He said if he
wasn’t an idol, he would have liked to become a figure skating coach, since he loves kids and is
kind.Some of his Nicknames are “Ice Prince” and “Gwacheon’s Song Joong-Ki” Sunghoon said if
he were to bury something in a time capsule, he would bury a letter to his future self, a group photo
of ENHYPEN, and a selfie photocard of himself. SUNG means “to accomplish” and HOON means
“wise words.” He won the ENHYPEN Best Couple awards with Jay because of their unexpected
friendship when they were still trainees, despite their contrasting personalities.
Park Jongseong ( 박종성 )
This is Park Jongseong ( 박종성 ) also known as “Jay (
제이 )”. Jay was born on April 20, 2002 he is 21 years old,
he is 180 cm tall (5'11). Jay was born in Seattle,
Washington but moved to Korea when he was 9 years old.
Jay, along with Heeseung, Sunghoon and Jungwon were
trainees under Big Hit Entertainment.
He trained for 2 years and 11 months under Big Hit
Entertainment. He can speak conversational Japanese,
which he learned by watching anime and listening to radio
shows. Jay plays guitar. He named his guitars Gwanshim
Park (electric) , Tongtong (acoustic), Woody (electric), and
he calls them his “cuties”. He’s very knowledgeable about
fashion and would like to design stage/concert outfits for
ENHYPEN in the future.
Park Jongseong ( 박종성 )

Jay likes clothes and fashion in general. He has his own show on Enhypen’s Youtube
channel where he shares styling and fashion tips with help from the members.Jay is an
ARMY, and shared on Weverse a photo of his 2017 BTS Season’s Greetings. Heeseung
said he once visited Jay’s house when they were trainees, and he had a Jimin sticker on
his computer which was gifted by a friend. His motto: “Live the life the way you were
born” & “Let’s just talk and live. I am human, too! Can’t I even talk? I’m really mad.
Anyways you’ve done a great job.” He played guitar for three and a half years prior to
debut. Jay’s father owns a traveling agency, so Jay has traveled extensively with his
family. Jay’s family has also taken Heeseung to Brunei to vacation before when they
were trainees. He enjoys cooking, eating delicious food, and dining at restaurants. He
sometimes takes the members out to eat at places he likes.
 Sim Jaeyun ( 심재
This is 윤 ) Jaeyun ( 심재윤 ) also known as “Jake ( 제이크 )”.

Jake was born on November 15, 2002, he is 175 cm tall(5'9). Jake
was born in South Korea but moved to Australia when he was 9
years old. He has a border collie named Layla, who was named
after Eric Clapton’s song with the same name. Layla was born on
October 31, 2014 and was previously their neighbor’s dog until
Jake’s family adopted her. Jake moved from Australia to Korea in
June 2019. He trained for 9 months before entering the survival
show I-land. Since Jake grew up in Australia, he is fluent in
English and is the main narrator for ENHYPEN’s intros, outros,
and interludes in albums. ake played the violin and bass before
debut, and he is currently learning to play the guitar. In school, he
liked math and science classes, but disliked arts, English, and
Korean class.
Sim Jaeyun ( 심재
윤)
Jake grew up listening to mostly rap and hip-hop. BTS were the ones who introduced him
to K-pop. Among the members, Jake is the member who laughs the most and gives
positive influence. Jungwon said that Jake gives him “positive energy and makes him feel
at ease.” Jake dreamt of becoming a Kpop idol after seeing BTS perform Boy with Luv in
2019 at the Billboard Music Awards. Heeseung and Jake have the duo name ‘Ramyeonz’
because they often eat it together at night. He said that him and Heeseung never seem to
gain any weight no matter how many late night snacks they eat.Jake’s dad often sends him
vitamins, which he takes daily to maintain his health.Sunoo considers Jake as a member he
can go to for advise, and Jake listens to him. He is the first member of ENHYPEN to
receive lyrical and composition credits; it was on the song “Shout Out” on Manifesto: Day
1. Jake, along with Ni-ki, enjoys taking photos for the members for their social media.
