The word integrity evolved from the Latin
adjective integer, meaning whole or complete

Integrity is the practice of being honest and


showing a consistent and uncompromising
adherence to strong moral and behavioural
principles and values. In ethics, integrity is
regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or
accuracy of one's actions

With personal integrity, when you tell yourself you
are going to do something, no matter how big or small,
you follow through and do it. Which means, when you
set a goal, you follow through and achieve it.
