HONESTY
• Honesty is the quality of being truthful and transparent in one's actions, words,
and intentions. It involves being sincere, trustworthy, and upright in all aspects
of life, including personal relationships, professional work, and social
interactions. Honesty also means being willing to admit mistakes and take
responsibility for one's actions, and not attempting to deceive or mislead others
for personal gain or advantage.
• The quality of honesty is a critical characteristic for a leader to possess. Honesty
builds trust between the leader and their followers, which is crucial for effective
leadership. An honest leader is transparent and open with their communication,
and they are truthful about their intentions and actions.

COURAGE
• Courage is the ability to face and overcome fear, adversity, or difficult challenges.
It involves taking action in the face of danger or difficulty, even when it may be
uncomfortable or risky. Courageous individuals have the strength and resilience
to persevere in the face of adversity and pursue their goals despite potential
obstacles or setbacks.
• A courageous leader guides their staff without stamping out creativity, they lead
by example, and they stand at the helm of the company, giving everyone behind
them confidence to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
• Aristotle called courage the first virtue, because it makes all of the other
virtues possible..

• If you want to be more courageous you need to try new things, have more trust

principles, regardless of the circumstances. They are truthful and honest in their
words and actions, and they do not engage in behavior that is deceptive, fraudulent,
or unethical.
• Integrity is a critical quality for a leader to possess. Integrity involves being honest
and ethical in all aspects of one's behavior, including personal and professional
actions and decisions. Leaders with integrity are transparent, trustworthy, and

commitment to justice ensures that their decisions and actions are fair and
