► 3. Reports ---- CPS Final Settlement Self Service
(Action Button Click---> Continue----> Submit)

4. Monitor Request Status ---🡪 View Output (For Download)

is received, DDO has to
Download the signed copy
of the settlement form and
Initiate the CPS Final
Settlement Process
⮚ DDO should upload all the
Mandatory Documents else
System will not allow to
forward the request.
⮚ The Process will go
through 3 level of
approvals and once
approved it will be
forwarded to CPS Cell 1
► If there is any discrepancy
in the data DDO can reject
back to Employee

► Human Resources----> Schemes.
► Contributory / New Pension Scheme
► CPS Final Settlement Initiation Search
(sub menu Displayed Left Side)
► 1. Person Type (Select Ex-Employee)
► 2.Employee ID –(Employee No. Entered)
► 3.GO-Button Click. ( Display the Employee Details)
► 4.Action Button and Create Button Click
► 5. DDO Phone No & E-Mail ID Entered
► Beneficiary Type (Employee or Nominee Select)
► 6. Choose File (Attached Require Documents)
► 7. Review Button Click and Submit
► 8. Verifier Process Verify. (Verifier Level)
► 9. Select the GDC-Approval Group (Approver Level)
► 10. Remarks (Type the Details)

attested by DDO/STO/DTO/PA
► Proceedings or Order copy for Superannuation/Retirement;
► Recent Passport Size Photo of the CPS
Subscriber(Superannuated/Retired)
► CPS Subscriber(SA) for not claiming further pension in
future attested by DDO
► Specimen Signature/Left Hand Thumb impression of CPS
