Quality Inspectors Machines distribution
• Each dashed lined square related to group of machines inspected by one quality inspector
• If Marmak 1 works any 2.5 Kg fruty SKU , it will be very difficult for quality inspector #1 to check the other 2 setpack
machines opposite to him as every 7-10 minutes the machine produce one FG production pallet and also due to its
operation issues so in this time the other inspector (#2) will inspect the 2 set pack machines so he will divide the
Setpack machines line ( 8 M/Cs + M/C 200 ) with quality inspector #4 to take one setpack M/C or M/C 200 or both
to have appropriate load.

• In next slide the machines distribution when marmak 1 work 2.5Kg fruty SKU.

Summary
• We need mainly 4 quality inspectors per shift in production hall excluding the one for KA inspection.
• We need one quality inspector for KA inspection in morning shift.
