To improve OEE we considered the largest 4 unplanned
breakdown

This 4 break downs represents 58.35% of all unplanned break downs


1. Lack of workers number. (21.33%)
2. C.T difference. (17.72%)
3. Die and pin breakdowns. (10.05%)
4. Adjusting neck thickness and height ( cutting bushing ). (9.24%)
