RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION SYSTEM FOR KIOT

• Abstract
• Employ Recruitment and Selection System is a web based application for kiot
designed to computerize and facilitate the manual process of existed system. We
studied the existed system how it works and analyzed using models such as use
case diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram. We design interfaces that
show how the new system wills developed helps visualize the system how it works.
Since the proposed system is online, it mainly reduces the work burden that done
manually and speed up the processes of the organization. The system enable
employs, which uses the system, easily accomplish their work with short time and
exchange information with in an instance of time with each other. Furthermore it
helps for researcher as a source and reference to advance the system or to develop
other branches of Human Resource Management System.

SYSTEM FOR KOMBOLCHA CITY
• The project is developing a web based Trade license Management
system for Kombolcha Town. The main objective of the project is
solving problems by identifying problems the existing system and we
analyses the problem, gather requirements and designing of the
system to solve existing problem.This project can perform many
functions like account management, notice management, chat
system, report generating, The project is web based so it is user
friendly system and it provide more significant for the user, developer,
and the organization

PROJECT TITLE;Online Vehicle Rental System

• The main aim of the project is to develop online vehicle rental system.The new system will
minimize the manual system on the performing their day-to-day activities or jobs .since it is
intended to eliminate loss of file or document, boring of ways accessing information (record), low
speed and searching and modifying file easily to increase reliability and efficiency of works greatly,
so our system eliminates these problems.In this project the team used Iterative methodology The
proposed system is developed by using front end with NET 4.0 With C#, and for back end with
Server . The newly web based system provides fast and reliable service for the customers and
organization employers by minimizing time and resource wastage. Our project identifies the
weakness of the existing system and by highly investigating the problems of the existing system
the document has clear and concise solutions for those problems. Before directly deploying this
system the team was performing different types of testing procedures for its functionality. The
project was done by all the group members and each member has its own specified task and we
are responsible for our tasks.
