The community process is the way community members
organize, interact, and coordinate to maintain and strengthen
their organization. It starts with bringing people together and
working together to solve problems. This is done through
leadership, regular communication, and coordination of
activities. This is important to maintain progress and harmony
within the community.
C OMM U N IT Y
PR O C E S S E S
Community coordination is the way in which
members cooperate and coordinate to maintain
unity and solve problems (Warren, Rose, &
Bergunder, 1974).

If we look deeper into the concept, community dynamics is actually
one of the processes of a community because it affects its existence.
From the word Dynamics alone, we can infer that a community is
vulnerable to change. A community cannot be static, rather it grows,
goes through development, or worst scenario is, if not valued, it
may disintegrate. A community is never boring, rather it is full of
vigor and stamina to welcome whatever transformation is there
which awaits the community.

Social control can be defined as the set of mechanisms, practices,
and institutions through which societies regulate individual
behavior, maintain order, and enforce conformity to norms and
values. These mechanisms can be both formal, such as laws and
regulations, and informal, like social norms and peer pressure. The
goal of social control is to promote stability, cohesion, and
predictability within a society by influencing and guiding the
behavior of its members.
