Strategic partnerships: The Proprietor of Kalai entreprises had been exporting to various countries like
USA, Australia with the help of Agent. He sends the goods to the Agent in Chennai and they will export the
goods to Australia.
Sales Force: There is no dedicated sales force in the Kalai entreprises. The proprietor himself takes an order
and delivers the goods. Currently they are delivering their goods to 25 shops on an interval of 3 days a week.

OPERATIONS
Plant and Facilities : One plant with the floor area of 750 square feet.

They were currently operating with 8 dyes. Dye for domestic production cost 1200
each and Dye for Export production cost 2500 each.
One 5,000 Litre tank for Cleaning the Raw materials .

Inventory Management: They have an warehouse with the capacity of approximately 40,000 plates. The
