VII. SUMMARY, EVALUATION AND RECCOMENDATION
The findings of this case study offer empirical information about the family of Posion, Teresita that
focuses on their home environment and environmental hygiene practices. Empowering the family
to create a home environment that promotes health maintenance and personal development.
The Posion family is a Single-Parent family, which is composed of six members. The Posion Family’s House is
made of wood and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room which is just enough or
adequate for their living space.
Posion, Teresita and her family face several health threats due to poor environmental sanitation.
Addressing these challenges is crucial to safeguard the family’s health and well-being. By implementing
appropriate interventions, such as improving waste management practices, enhancing access to clean water, and
establishing proper sanitation facilities, the Posion family can mitigate these health risks and cultivate a
healthier living environment.
