Study?

• A case study is a research


process aimed at learning
about a subject, an event, or
an organization. Case studies
are used in bussines, the social
sciences, and healthcare.
Methodology: how is

The development of a case study is
divided in five phases:
1. Selection of cases
2. Elaboration of questions
3. Source location and data
gathering
4. Analysis and interpretation of
information and results
5. Report preparation.
