clearly identify corporate governance issues of xx and xx in xx company’ or ’how to
enhance corporate governance balancing stakeholder interests in xx company’

• -You talk a lot of the company information – delete it
• -You need to focus on the corporate governance issues at board level and evaluate the
company’s practices.
