Pair Selection
Narrowing it down:

1. Weekly Template
2. Signals
3. 3 Days Cycle

These 3 points will help me take the list from

10-11 down to 1-4 pairs to watch before the
new day (the day I plan to trade) even begins.

Based off this new list of 1-4:

When the new day begins, my thesis might

change due to the days conditions not
aligning with the signal day in my trading
session. Why????
Frame The Day
Asian Session : 8PM-11PM EST (Opening
Range)

London Session : 2AM-5AM EST (Initial

Balance)

New York Session : 8AM-11AM EST

Market is either in the process of trending,

reversing or currently ranging when your
session begins.

Important: If I came into this day with a buy

low thesis, this would have been the ideal pair
to watch. WHY??

Market is making higher highs, breaking out, pulling

back and expanding to the upside before the NY
Session even begins. It is SETUP for a 1st Hour Trade.
Attempt To Avoid
Markets that have NOT gone to the
outside in any way.

-Previous Session

-Previous Day

-Previous Week

This can be considered a trading

range

Typically choppy, and displays

behavior that will induce both
sides of the market (Long and
short) without expanding in either
direction.

Additionally: I tend to avoid pairs

that appear to have already made
their move in the previous
session!!!
