*BackgrouFunctional foods and drinks are
products that contain natural ingredients
that provide additional
health benefits in addition to the basic nutrients
they contain. People need to consume functional
foods and drinks to maintain health and
nd
nutritional balance in daily life. Functional foods
and drinks can provide additional health benefits
such as improving the immune system,
maintaining heart health, maintaining digestive
health, maintaining healthy bones and teeth, and
increasing energy and vitality. Therefore, it is
important for people to choose and consume
functional foods and drinks that suit their needs
and lifestyle.
01
* Our group chose "Kolak Pisang" and "Jus
Delima" as functional food and drinks
because we have our own
reasons, namely, we both like Kolak Pisang and the
reason we chose Jus Delima is because we are
interested and want to try Jus Delima which is said
to have many benefits, fun fact from our group not a
single person had ever tried Delima. Banana
compote contains lots of fiber which is good for
digestion, can prevent constipation, maintain
intestinal health, contains vitamin C, vitamin B6,
potassium, and contains natural sugar which
provides the energy needed by the body. Delima
contain many antioxidants, such as polyphenols and
flavonoids, which help fight free radicals in the
body. Delima contains many vitamins (Vitamin C
and Vitamin K) and minerals that are important for
our body. Delima also contain a natural compound
called punicalagin, which has anti-inflammatory and
anti-bacterial effects. So, Delima can help protect
the body from oxidative damage, boost the immune
system, maintain heart health, fight inflammation,
and provide a pleasant fresh taste.
