The use of laser in therapies and bones

LASER THERAPY
Laser comes from the Abbreviation: Light
Amplification Stimulated Emission
Radiation.

Meaning in Spanish: Luz Amplificada

Estimulada por Emisión de Radiación.
What is a therapeutic laser?
It is a technique by means of which the energy of the
electromagnetic spectrum is applied to the organism to
facilitate its biochemical activity. * The energy must be
measured and calibrated so as not to saturate the live
medium or, on the contrary, it is insufficient.

In medicine, therapeutic lasers (soft-laser) are used for

their analgesic, anti-inflammatory and tissue biostimulant
effects.
Laser for Pain Therapy
• Foot and ankle pain, fracture and / or post-
operative, tendonitis, neuroma, pain in
nerves, tarsal tunnel, joint pain, DJD
(Degenerative joint disease) / RA
(Rheumatoid arthritis) of any joint, Achilles
tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, general
inflammatory conditions, unsightly toenails
and warts.

Types of Laser:
•Neon helium laser
•Gallium Arsenide Laser
•Diode laser
Effects of the laser
• Analgesic effect
• Anti-inflammatory effect.
• Regenerative or biomodular effect.
• Enhancing effect of drug absorption
or ionic exchange.

• Acceleration of the lymphatic system and
reduction of edema
• Revascularization and increased blood flow

• Glass objects
• Metal objects
• Jewelry of the patient
