SIBL has much more Investment on HPSM mode compare to
Bai-Muazzal & Quard
Investment on NF Baim(SME)Installment -M sector
decreased highly over the years
Investment on Bai-Muazzal(Micro Ent Revol) decreased more
than any other sector
The investment of HPSM(Consumer Finance) Housing sector
continuously decreased over the years
Findings
HPSM(Consumer Finance)Household-Staff's investment has a
poor amount of investment over the years
The Branch has a lower and decreasing rate on Quard Against
MTD investment
The Sample branch have a poor investment overall all sectors
special on Bai-Muazzal & Quard
Recommendations
SIBL should try to increase its investment on Bai-Muazzal and
Quard modes like as its HPSM investment
Investment on NF Baim(SME)Installment-M sector should
increased by the bank and should try to maintain the growth rate
on positive radar as well
Bai-Muazzal(Micro Ent Revol) is one of the lowest invested
sector so SIBL, Muradpur Branch should give a extra attention
to this sector and should increase the investment amount more
and more
The investment of HPSM(Consumer Finance)Housing sector is
not satisfying, the investment should be increased
Recommendations
HPSM(Consumer Finance)Household –Staff’s investment
rate should be increased
Investment on Quard against MTD should also be increased
Overall in every modes the performance of investment of
SIBL is very poor they should take necessary step to increase
the investment on these modes
The facilities for the loan receiver should be increased
Conclusion
I can say it was a lifetime achievement for me to work in Social
Islami bank Ltd and gather knowledge. Social Islami Bank Ltd
as an organization is trying to establish their service and they
can improve their service through low price service with
skilled service provider. The level of satisfaction among the
customers and employees can go up by the dedicated steps of
organization and it is necessary.
