Introduction
Internship is one of the crucial parts for a student of
undergraduate program. It is the time when a student gets the
opportunity to engage with the actual work environment and its
methods after a four year long training session under the
university. It is more useful for the students from the
Economics background because in our profession we need
practical experience to modes and operation of different
organizations.
Objectives of the Study
To highlight an overview of SIBL.
To analyze the performance of Investment modes of the
selected branch.
To identify the factors those hinders the performance in the
modes of investment of SIBL and provide the corrective
measures to overcome those.
Methodology of the Study
Data Collection
This report has been prepared mainly on the basis of secondary
data. But primary as well as the secondary form of information
is being used for preparing the report.

Limitations of the Study
The study considers following limitations:

Lack of collections of elaborate data due to the privacy of the


bank.
The time period for the study was too short.
Limitations of the Study
Another limitation of this report is banks policy of not
disclosing some data and information.
Lack of useful website of the Bank
This Investment Methods might not be the same to other
branch of the same Bank

SIBL has much more Investment on HPSM mode compare to
Bai-Muazzal & Quard
Investment on NF Baim(SME)Installment -M sector
decreased highly over the years
Investment on Bai-Muazzal(Micro Ent Revol) decreased more
than any other sector
The investment of HPSM(Consumer Finance) Housing sector
continuously decreased over the years
Findings
HPSM(Consumer Finance)Household-Staff's investment has a
poor amount of investment over the years
The Branch has a lower and decreasing rate on Quard Against
MTD investment
The Sample branch have a poor investment overall all sectors
special on Bai-Muazzal & Quard
Recommendations
SIBL should try to increase its investment on Bai-Muazzal and
Quard modes like as its HPSM investment
Investment on NF Baim(SME)Installment-M sector should
increased by the bank and should try to maintain the growth rate
on positive radar as well
Bai-Muazzal(Micro Ent Revol) is one of the lowest invested
sector so SIBL, Muradpur Branch should give a extra attention
to this sector and should increase the investment amount more
and more
The investment of HPSM(Consumer Finance)Housing sector is
not satisfying, the investment should be increased
Recommendations
HPSM(Consumer Finance)Household –Staff’s investment
rate should be increased
Investment on Quard against MTD should also be increased
Overall in every modes the performance of investment of
SIBL is very poor they should take necessary step to increase
the investment on these modes
The facilities for the loan receiver should be increased
Conclusion
I can say it was a lifetime achievement for me to work in Social
Islami bank Ltd and gather knowledge. Social Islami Bank Ltd
as an organization is trying to establish their service and they
can improve their service through low price service with
skilled service provider. The level of satisfaction among the
customers and employees can go up by the dedicated steps of
organization and it is necessary.
