 Completing the project
•A pre-study can normally take between 1 to
3 months.
•One pre-study draft per team
•The AGF assured us that there will be
management support in terms of providing
adequate time and resources.
 Dates
•The date of the advanced module is February 2022
•The first draft memo needs to be submitted to the
facilitators on or before 02 May 2022
•The first draft memo needs to be send to the administrator,
The Director, PAD,
•He will forward the drafts to the facilitator’s team,
•However, if there are any queries or comments the teams
can get in contact with the facilitators.
 What to bring along to the advanced
module

• Laptop
• Adjusted draft of the pre-studies
and work plan
• Most relevant documents used for
pre-studies and workplans
