Selecting the Company

• Open the Tally Prime > Alt+F3 > and Select the
Company from the list of Companies.
• If the user has created more one company, he
or she can browse to the data path and select
the required Company to open.
 Shutting the Company
• Shutting a company means to deselect or unselect
a company. We already know that when a user
selects a company, it remains selected even if
another company is selected next. To shut a
company at the gateway of tally, the user needs to
press F1 and select the company to shut. The
company will shut and will no longer appear in the
list of selected companies. If the user wishes to
work with the company again, the will be required
to select it.
