Objectives
• There need such ways and roads that are economically, socially and environmentally
sustainable that can cope with the changing pattern of mobilization of urban residents.
• Make sure of sustainable roads and ways that can reduce regional disparities
• Have regulations over transport moods so that there haven’t occurred congestation.
• Have a strong local governance that can maintain the infrastructure perfectly
• Have a strong local maintenance regarding licensing of transports in the city
