About Us
PTC is an innovative company whose main goal is the development of
advanced engineering projects , participating in projects with high
technological component, which provides flexibility in the sourcing
strategy of large customers.
The PTC has the aim to provide better engineering and designing
solutions by combining the skills and experience of our professionals
to the demands and peculiarities of each client.
The PTC, started its activity in 2006 in Portugal, due to the problem
solving needs that were identified by the lack of technical support to
the Portuguese companies who injected plastic and aluminum
components to the automotive industry, among others. In 2008 a
branch in Mexico (Saltillo) was opened to support the casting and
plastic injection industries. Since 2010, the PTC has focused on the
Brazilian market due to the ingrowth of the country, opening its first
branch in Brazil in 2012 (Camaçari).

Tooling Design
We are able to manage 2D and 3D
mould project design, through the use
of the most advanced CAD/CAM/CAE
tools available: Unigraphics, Catia,
Moldflow. (Including all standard
interfaces) These high-end
applications enable us to provide an
optimum workflow.
Tooling Engineering
Our CAE department uses Moldflow to
enable an effective simulation on
mould injection, providing functional
solutions to meet quality needs (flow,
cool, warp, fiber, and others). We can
also perform finite element analysis
and structural analysis enabling us to
foresee the part behavior and Tooling
Feasibilty analysis .

The experience and high performance
equipment, along with the manufacture
of the mold, allow us to make a
commitment to clients, capable
management, effective and timely their

replace the products of mould wear.
