Provider for all requirements related to Aluminium & Glazing Industry.
We specialize in fabrication of all types of Curtains Walling, door, Automatic
Doors, folding door, panoramic sliding system, Slim Curtain Walling ,
mashrabiya, aluminium sheet cladding, composite panel cladding & all other
types of Architectural Metal related works. We customize designs and undertake
manufacturing of these items as per the clients requirements. Our factory is well
equipped with the most modern production systems resulting in high precision
outpuuts and confirms to all specified standards including green buildings.
Using highly advanced technology and a team of highly qualified technical and

1. 3 Axis CNC Router – ITALY imported. It consists of 3D

computerized routing system with Sinumeric 808D panel processing
unit control system, 4 Tool holders (ISO-30) with ER-32 collets and
collet nuts. Dust collector, safety sensor, Siemens 7.5” LCD unit USB
interfaced, 3MB part program memory & having a work area of
X-5080mm, Y -2040mm powerful siemens servo motors are used on
all the axis for high precession.

It is strong and reliable and made of cast iron. The main
features are adjustable corner sizes. Powerful double clamping
system adjustable crimping tools and controllable double
pneumatic pedestal system.

It has maximum capacity 32mm spindle travel 120mm, swing

Scope & Objectives

A. The method statement describes the sequence of event from
the receipt of the order through to the completion of the works.
B. All work will be carried out in accordance with our Quality
Control System and its documents.
C. The sequence of activities to take after signing a contract:
Finalize all relevant technical information, specification, project
requirement, authority requirement in line with contract documents.
Preparation design drawings. Shop drawing. Samples, Catalogues etc.
To be submitted to main Client/consultant for review and approval
Procurement of materials, accessories etc. as per approval.
Site survey with measurements or agreed in sizes in advance to
save timing to the project.
Fabrication of units, inspection by QA/QC department and
transferring to project as per schedule.
Delivery followed by inspection of unis, glazing etc.
Completion of all balance works based on sequence of work in co-ordination
with other activities in the project and handing over of the project.
D. An experienced project management team is responsible for all issues
related to any project not limited to manage contract. Skilled supporting staff.
Correspondence, procurement, engineering work schedule, production
correspondence etc.
The office based engineering team shall control the production
process through design, shop drawing etc.
The production team responsible for producing all items as per approval
and as required to the project with the help of skilled workers and machines
The admin team manages all workers at site and factory. including procurement
team, transport team, camps, QA/QC etc.

Trans Fast Aluminium confirms to all occupational health and safety rules and
regulations. Our employees are well trained in all health and safety issues. We also
follow all procedures necessary to protect our employees from occupational
hazards.

Objective:
The main objective of the safety policy is to maintain a healthy & safe work
environment for all employees and personal of Trans Fast Aluminium.

Procedures:
Safety induction is conducted before any personnel is allowed on the site along
with clear instruction and guidelines.
Safety Rules:
Safety is almost importance in performance of all operations and must be an
integral part of each work task. The company’s policy is to abide by all safety rules
and regulations formulated for the projects as we believe that it is our almost
priority in performance of all operations.

Use of electrical tools and machineries

All electrical tools are thoroughly checked before use, any wear and tear
identified are rectified immediately.
All Electrical machineries are fitted with safety plugs and sockets. No
machine is allowed to operate with loose connections or any other form of
defect.
Workers exercise complete caution in these areas.

Safety Gears.
Every person at site should wear safety helmets ad shoes.
Safety belts are compulsory for those working on scaffolding above 2
meters.
Coverall bearing the company log is worn by all workers.

SAFETY POLICY METAL WORKS

Hand gloves are compulsory for all activities which may lead to injury such
as hoisting/grinding/cutting.
Face mask is always available on site for all activities which generate dust.
Safety Goggles are compulsory while handling cutting machines, Grinding
machines, Jigsaw, welding etc.
Discipline on Site:
Manpower controlled by supervisory staff.
Eating and resting are restricted to designated areas.
Site timings and hygiene on site are strictly adhered to by all.
Smoking, chewing tobacco etc. are strictly not allowed.
House Keeping:
Each working team is instructed to clean the wastage generated from their
respective areas and this waste is discarded at designated areas only, hence
ensuring cleanliness and good working environment.
Fire Hazards:
Fire extinguishers are provided in all necessary areas. Any activity that is
fire-prone, is carried out with necessary precaution, only after the approval
from the main contractor.

First Aid:
Site office is always equipped with all first aid materials. In case of
emergency vehicles are always available on site. Moreover, we have a team
of trained supervisors who can immediately provide first aid whenever
necessary.

Safety Violations:
Trans Fast Aluminium follows very strict procedures against any safety
violation, such violation by any party is reported to the project manager and
immediate action is taken to avoid future recurrence.

Stainless Steel
