Problem statement
Traditional garage management methods are often characterized by:
Disorganized service management: Tracking service schedules, pricing, and inventory
can be inconvenient with paper-based records, leading to inconsistencies and
operational inefficiencies.
Inefficient booking processes: Manual booking systems can be time-consuming, prone
to errors, and require customers to call during business hours.
Limited customer communication: Lack of real-time communication can lead to
appointment confusion, delays, and frustration for customers.
These shortcomings negatively impact garage operations, customer satisfaction, and
ultimately, business growth. Garages need a comprehensive and user-friendly solution to
address these challenges and thrive in the competitive automotive service market.
