Introduction
The internet, without doubt, has played an important role in digitalizing business
processes across companies and organizations of all sizes. It has introduced multiple
new channels through which businesses can interact with their customers. The
generation of today understands technology more than ever and require services
delivered as quickly as possible, whenever and wherever they desire.

Main idea behind developing this project is to manage different types of tasks in
business, small offices. General stores etc. using this web application, we can manage
employee details, sales details, stock details & we can also create invoices, save
expenses & check reports, along with these details we can also manage the stock
product details and other statistical information. This system is easy to operate by
person with minimum computer skills. Data is maintained in database which helps
in retrieving information of specific query efficiently. This will help in providing
accurate information for members, monthly payments.

The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the
data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. No formal
knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus by this all it proves it is
user-friendly. As described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast
management system. It can assist the user to concentrate on their other activities
rather to concentrate on the record keeping. Thus it will help organization in better
utilization of resources.

Problem Statement
Managing a Business is a very sensitive part and it is faced with a lot of challenges.
Business Owners need to take lots of features into consideration in order to make
sure that the business runs smoothly. It is not only the everyday sales, but also the
customer retention, sales and stock tracking, accounts and receivables, which needs
proper management. And being in charge of all of these things is definitely not easy,
more so, when you are required to take care of all of these things single handedly. An
automated and intuitive management solution makes things easier in such a
situation. 

The "BUZZINGA" have been developed to override the problems prevailing in the
practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and, in some
cases, reduce the hardships faced by this existing system. Moreover, this system is
designed for the particular need of the company to carry out operations in a smooth
and effective manner.
