WEEK 3 LEARNING

AND ACTIVITIES
BY: APRIL LOVE S. SANANI
What is in week 3?
◦ In week 3 I learned many things including how to do a
screencast with my pc using many tools such as Camtasia
and with my own pc’s tools. This is very helpful especially
when it comes to video presentations like this as it makes it
more convenient to share and demonstrate the information
with my own voice explaining and at the same time
showing the presentation. Week 3 also included tutorials
on how to use collaborative tools and develop engaging
learning.
Developing engaging learning
opportunities using collaborative tools.
◦ Collaborative tools that are taught in week 3 that helps
develop engaging and interactive learning involved quiz
tools or quizzes, twitter polls, some take it further
activities, giving badges and even checking the credibility
of these activities using plagiarism detectors. These are
very helpful things to learn especially with the occurrence
of blended learning as it continues to allow teachers to be
more engaged with their students in learning amidst the
distance.
Developing engaging learning opportunities using collaborative tools.
How does these activities engage
learning?
◦ These above mentioned activities engage learning in a way
of promoting interaction and collaboration rather than just
individual studies. Studying alone is good but enable to
grasp learnings on a social context you need to engage on
the learning with your peers and these activities suffies the
engagement in learning.
My reflection of what I’ve learned
from the course.
◦ Throughout my learning in this course I have realized that
there is really no end and limitation to learning and
practicing how to teach and it is even more vast now with
the presence of technology. As long as one does not stop
learning, the process of obtaining knowledge and being
more great also does not stop. I am very thankful that I
have enrolled to this course and have these intakes.
THANK YOU!!!
