your expert advice, you can grow your income and build your
online presence. Because of Winyway national presence, the
earning potential is unlimited for those experts who are
looking to exceed clients expectations by provide the exact
advice in cost effective manner.
What matters for customers ?
For customers only 3 things matters the most.
Understanding the exact problem of the client : Take time
to understand the problem of clients. Understanding
what exactly the customers wants give trust to clients
within initial 2-3 minutes of appointment time.

Exact and precise solution without any scope of confusion

Customers need an exact solution to their problem. Sometimes Experts
have a natural inclination to share their knowledge. Refrain from it as
Customer has limited time and in that time period clients only want
answer to their question. To share your knowledge with clients, you can
use posts to share articles, tips, videos and audio with clients.

Genuineness of solving the problem of clients

There should be genuineness in solving the client's problem within a
minimum time period. This builds trust and makes clients repeat
customers. One satisfied client can bring 5 new clients to you.
Remember-
For customers, the other customer's feedback matters a lot.
Simultaneously, as per our observation, one repeat customer has
potential to pay more than 20 new customers.

Install Winyway App

• Go to the Google Play Store on your

mobile phone and search for

Winyway, and then install the app
with the yellow icon.

SIGN-UP PROCESS

You just need a mobile number to register as

the expert.
1) After installing the app, enter your mobile
number to begin the registration process. To
proceed, you must enter an OTP that is sent to
you via SMS.

2) The next interface encountered is the detail

filling page, which includes sections for personal
information & professional information.
Personal Information
 Fill your First name
 Second name
 Email id- working mail id
 Mobile no.- your registered mobile no.
 Profile description- write something about
yourself at least 2 paragraph.
 Language- select your preferable language.
 Profile picture- upload your clear photo also
share with the management team.
 Upload video description- make a video around
30 sec in this video you have to tell about
yourself and upload it.
 Then click on save and proceed button.
Professional Information
 Service category- select your category i.e Lawyer, astrologer etc.
 Service sub categories- Select your sub categories like if you are
astrologer them mark your expertise area i.e Vedic, tarot ect., if
Lawyer then mark Criminal, civil ect.
 Year of experience- Mention your total year of experience on the
basis of documents.
 Headlines – under this option you have to write your expertise
area like vedic astrologer, tarot reader, criminal lawyer,life coach
ect.
 Education- Mention you higher educational qualification
 Select qualification year.
 Upload certificate- if you have any certification you can upload
here. Else it is optional.
 Profession – You have to mention your profession like-
Astrologer,lawyer,teacher, full time life coach, fitness trainer etc.
select working year also like when you have started and the end
year or still working.
 Organization Name – You have to mention your last/current
organization name where you worked.
 If your working experience is more than you can click on add and
add more experience.
 Then click on submit and proceed button.
Account Information
After being approved, the next section is of account details. All
experts need to be fill their account details correctly.
 Account holder name- write here the account holder name
 Bank name – name of the bank in which you have your
account.
 Account Type- You have to select your account type whether
it is savings or current.
 Bank account no.
 Confirm bank account no.
 IFSC code.
 Then submit. Your submitted details have been forwarded to
the concerned team at Winyway, you must wait until the
team makes further contact with you.

1) Once
your
accou
nt is

ted,

will
be
your
app’s
home
page.
2) Chat, call, video call, switching these tabs on or off, you can set your

Category" or " Winyway mein aapka swagat hai, aap ki baat Rahul Sharma,
Astrologer se ho rahi hai " . You need to mention category as well.

Remember, every call and chat is an opportunity to provide guidance, build

your client base, and help others. Don't miss out your any calls or chats. If not
available just make your profile offline.
NOTE: You are under the supervision of management.
Live Session & Post

5) Next section is about live sessions, here you

can schedule new live sessions by clicking on
“Create Live Session” and also check the list of
upcoming and previously completed sessions.

6) Next section is about posts, here you can create

and share posts which can be text and image.
When a user visits your profile on their app, they
will be able to see your posts there.

7) The last section is the profile.

1. Withdrawal History: It will show all your withdrawal transaction.

2. Transaction History: In transaction history you can see all your call and
chat history records with time and amount.
3. Chat History: It will show all your chat records.
4. Terms of Services: It will direct you to the page consisting terms of
services of Winyway.
5. Privacy Policy: It will direct you to the page consisting privacy
policy of Winyway.
6. Help Centre: It will take you to the help page.
7. At last you can log out from the app using the Sign-out tab.

Experts must be responsive that means they must make timely decisions
that lead to timely actions that lead to moving the business forward.
Secondly, they must be communicative, the communication between the
client and the expert must be apt.
How to increase Your Earning
-Increase Availability:
An online presence helps potential clients find you and learn about your skills.

-Quality Readings:
Provide accurate and insightful readings. Satisfied clients are more likely to recommend your
services to others, leading to a broader client base.

-Client Engagement:
Build a relationship with your clients. Follow up with them after a reading, provide occasional
insights, and show genuine care. Happy clients are more likely to return and refer others.

-Credibility and Trust:

Positive reviews and high ratings enhance your credibility. When potential clients see positive
feedback from others, they are more likely to trust your expertise and choose your services.
-Pricing Flexibility:
With a strong reputation backed by positive reviews, you can justify charging higher rates for
your services. Clients are often willing to pay more for a trusted and reputable astrologer.

- Pickup Rate Monitoring:

Management will track the astrologer's pickup rate, i.e., the percentage of calls or chat
requests they respond to promptly. Management will provide feedback to astrologers who
do not meet the standard.

-Repeat Rate Analysis:

Management will analyze data to determine how many clients are returning for repeat
consultations on weekly basis.
Engagement
Live Session-
Experts have to do a live session once in a month.
We need at least 1 session in a month of our experts and it is compulsory. For new
astrologers also they have to give live session in one week after joining. (You can schedule
more if you want and it will be unpaid, it helps to increase your client’s base)

Session-> Create live session->Fill time and date -> Fill your session topic according to your
expertise area, no need to write anything in session description box ->Submit.

Post-
Experts have to write articles/post/daily quotes/small post (3-4 lines) on daily basis related
to their field(astrology, legal, fitness etc.)
These articles are visible on your profile & user can read, it helps to increase the client base.

Payment

We're delighted to inform you that you can now withdraw your funds from winyway
consultant app.
Navigate to Withdrawal: Click on 'Withdraw option' in your app home page. Then confirm
your account details and proceed.
Confirm Withdrawal: Review your request and confirm. Your funds will be processed and
take 48hr to credit in your account.

Current Earning: The amount you have earned but has not yet been withdrawn
Unlock Earning: Unlocked earnings are the amount that is available to withdraw after 30
days. There is a locking period of 30 days as the user asks for a refund within this time.
(Example- Today is 11th October, you can withdraw the money till 10th September, and it
will be unlocked for you.

Note: Withdrawal above Rs.200 will be done with transaction charges Rs.3 per transaction
due to RBI guidelines.
And Withdrawal above Rs.2000/- will not have any transaction charges due to RBI
guidelines.
