myself in front of you. I would like to heartily thanks to

In broad sense labour relation refers to any
dealings between management and workers about
employment conditions.
In other words labour relation refers to all means
of relationship between management and
employees, unions & management , unions and
employees, and between the employees themselves.
At present labour relations covers many issues
consisting of the relationship between workers ,
employers and social environment of the
organization.
Objective of labour relations
 Harmonious relations  Minimize industrial
 Maximize productivity conflict
 Change management  Enhance economic
status
Trade union
Trade union is an union that represent the
people who work in particular industry, protect
their rights, pay and working condition with
employers
.
The main function of labour union is the
regulation of relations, settlement of
grievances, raising new demands behalf of
workers, collective bargaining, negotiations
with employers.
