Problems: • Inconvenience of Class
Attendance during school
activities.
• Students who are bullied may face verbal,
physical, or cyberbullying, which can lead to
emotional discomfort and poor academic
performance.
• Lack of resources:
Schools in low-income areas may have limited
resources, such as textbooks, technology, and extra
curricular activities, which can impact student learning
and engagement.
• Teacher turnover:
High teacher turnover rates can impact school stability
and student learning, as new teachers may need time to
adjust to the school's culture and curriculum.
• Class Atttendance during
class hour
• Dehydration: especially since most of our class is located on
the 3rd floor, we can't deny that it's very hot. And most
students don't have tumblers, and the nearest place you can
buy drinking water is in the cafeteria, which is far away, so we
recommend having a purified water fountain available for
students to use.
• Class air conditioning is a known
• Class Air problem for everyone, and we
Conditioning students need this. We face hard
times in class, on which we struggle,
especially when the sun blasts its
heat, turning the rooms hot, which
also affects our focus on our
studies. Our performance differs
when a classroom is warm. We do
hope for this problem to be
addressed by our school.
• Upgrading Vendo water machines to
have hot and cold water options
Problem that we find most interesting or important to address :
Proposed Idea:
Class Attendance Problem:
We all know that some teachers only have a limited amount of time to teach because
they only have 1 hour of their time per class, and we all know how much hassle it is to
call each other, which, if you think about it, is very time-consuming considering that we
only have an hour to discuss a load of lessons in a single session.
Target users:
Our teachers, administrative staff, and also the university itself are responsible for tracking student
attendance.
Technology used:
As long as this system uses fingerprint or facial recognition scanners or the ID scanner itself.
