NATIONAL MARTYRS MEMORIAL
• Located in Sahar, Dhaka.

• In memory of those who died in the Bangladesh war of


independence in 1971.

• Designed by Syed Mainul Hossain and built by Concord Group.

• The main structure and the artificial lake and other facilities
were completed in 1982.

• Composed of seven pairs of triangular-shaped walls or prisms.

TERRACOTTA TEMPLE ARCHITECTURE
•ek-bangla, have a curved roof with two sloping sides
•Jor-bangla, has a roof of the ek-Bangla (or do-Chala)
style, with two curved segments that meet at a curved
ridge
•ek-chala, single-story or has a second story built into a
sloping roof

temple is located in a quaint town in West
Bengal.
It is built from clay, and terracotta tiles.
There are three primary styles of temple
architecture: Ratna, Shyam Rai, Chala.

TAJHAT PALACE

• Located in Tajhat, Rangpur.


• It has 76 meters frontage and rises two storeys.
• It was built by Maharaja Kumar Gopal Lal Roy in
the 20th century.
• It is a historical place Rangpur region.
• There are handwritten documents and poems of
Mughal Emperor.
