1. Finite Player : Play to win


2. Infinite Player : Play to keep Playing
A leader should know very well what goal/purpose that
want to achieve by his team

● Being number one? Being the Best? Beating the competitor? Or want to be
outlast?

Clear goals can be achieved by appropriate strategy from


proper mindset.
● Do not use finite mindset in infinite game.

01 Cause
Leaders who have purpose to make their
company/team sustain, usually offers their people
a sense of just cause, sacrifice their interest to
advance the cause.

02 Trusting Team
Giving your team “A trust” can make them
motivated to keep improving and
developing their performance
Admire
03 Worthy Rival
- Built our system today better than their system last
year.
- Admire our worthy rivals can make us see our
weakness in their strength, then we can find which
part of us need to improve.

04 Existential Flexibility
A leader should encourage company to adapt with
market demand.
It is important to have ability for see every chance to
improve by modifying great system from another
company to become greater system in ours.

The example is success story from Apple and the


failed Kodak.

05 to Lead
Every people has a choice to lead their team.
- Leading by finite mindset (Make more money than friends, get
more power then others, etc then after we die none will take
with us.
- Live in infinite means we build an organization. The
organization/company will be better because we work there, we
will leave it with better version, our partner can be better after
we with them.
