Democracy:
 Democracy is a form of government in which everyone is
treated equally and has equal rights and people choose leaders
by voting.
RIGHTS OF PEOPLE IN DEMOCRACY:
1) Respect for fundamental rights.
2) Freedom of association
3) Freedom of expression and opinion
4) Access to power and its exercise in accordance with the rule of
law
5) The holding of periodic free and fair elections by secret
ballot as the expression of the will of the people
6) A pluralistic system of political parties and
organizations
7) The separation of powers
8) The independence of the judiciary
9) Transparency and accountability in public
administration
10) Free and independent media
Non-Democracy
Non democracy is a form of
government that doesn't allow the
people to vote for their leaders
and don’t have equal rights. It
could be an oligarchy, anarchy,
monarchy, feudalism, theocracy,
aristocracy, or many other forms.
RIGHTS OF PEOPLE IN NON DEMOCRACY:
1. CANNOT CHOOSE /CHANGE THEIR LEADERS.
2. CANNOT FORM THEIR OWN POLITICAL ASSOCIATIONS
WITHOUT ANY CONSENT OF THE EXISTING POWERS.
3. NO FREEDOM TO PROTEST , TO ORGNIS EAND TO EXPRESS
THEIR VALUES.
4. NOT ALLOWED THE FREEDOM TO EXPRESS THEIR
DISPLEASURE AT ANY POLICIES IF THEY DON’T LIKE THEM.
5. ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CRITISE THE GOVERNMENT.
b) FREEDOM OF PRESS IS DENIED.
c) EQUALITY IS NOT ENJOYED BY THE PEOPLE AND THEY
DEPENDON THE MERCY OF THE RULER.

3. Dictatorship
4. Transitional Governments
5. Communist Governments
