Project name : A Safe Water Refiller For a Safer
Life
Project type : This conducted project will be
environmental. It will focus and includes the
safeness of students to ensure their health in
refiling a safe water.
Rationale : The current condition of our school
is the heat index that the students are
experiencing and many of students are getting
sick because of the heat index. Dizziness,
headache, and thirst are some of the sick that
Objectives:
a. Improve student health and well-being by
combating dehydration caused by excessive heat.
b. It can be used not only for students but also the
teachers.
c. It can also reduce the usage of plastic bottle within
the school area.
Description:This project to be carried out will
involve the, learners, the teachers, and also the school
personnel’s. the school community will be the main
beneficiary of the project, A Safe Water Station For a
Project Outline: 1. We will write a letter and send it to
our school administrator and principal so that we will
know if they are favor for conducing our project.
2. When the administrator and principal approves our
project, we will start to plan where we can place our water
dispenser.
3. When we find where we can put our water dispenser, we
will talk about how many gallons of water we will buy for
1 week
4.We create reports, presentations, and case studies to
document the project’s process, findings, and outcomes.

would be the collection of class funds

amount is collected, we plan to establish

necessary materials needed for the
project.

Monitoring and Evaluation:
