About Diet
Introduction
We all have been on a diet at some point. It is a
fact that some of us had success and lost some
weight and others did not. This happens for a
number of reason and one of them is not eating
right or not eating at all (common mistake).
Today we are going to discuss some common
mistakes that people make while being on a diet.
01
Organic food is better
than not-organic
It's easy to think a diet based on organic foods is
healthy, but this isn't automatically the case. The
term 'organic' refers to the
farming methods used to produce a food, not its
nutrient content.
Eating more of them doesn't necessarily mean you'll
have a lower-calorie diet.
For example, organic biscuits, chocolate and cakes
02
Eating only salads will
help you lose weight
We all know that when people go on a diet, they eat
healthy salads because it is said that they will help
lose weight and keep our body healthy. In fact, it is
not exactly like this. Eating only salads everyday
may mean missing out on nutrient variety. Fruits
and vegetables are great for our health, but they
are not the only foods that are important. Eating
only salads is generally a form of a low-carb diet.
You may lose weight, but your body won’t feel
healthy because you are missing nutrients that are
important for people at all ages.
03
If you don’t have
weight problem, you
can eat whatever you
like
04
Bread makes you gain
weight
The nutritional content of bread varies depending
on the type. Whole grain and whole wheat
varieties of bread provide fibre, vitamins and
minerals . Fibre, for international, is known to
help in feeling full which can lead to a lower
calorie intake.. Eating a slice won’t make you
gain weight, but eating In excess will.
