 Lightning is a natural
phenomenon that usually
appears in the rainy season when
the sky gives rise to a momentary
flash of blinding light. A few
moments later followed by a
thunder.
 Lightning occurs because of the
potential difference between the cloud
and the earth or with other clouds, the
process of the charge on the cloud
because the cloud charge moves
continuously on a regular basis. And
during its movement, electrons are
collected by the cloud on one side, and
protons on the other.
 If the potential difference between
the cloud and the earth is large
enough, there will be a discharge of
electrons from the cloud to the earth
or otherwise to reach equilibrium.

A lightning expert, Reynaldo Zoro said
that Depok was the area with the
largest lightning current in the world. He
has done research, he got a negative

positive lightning current of 441.1 kA
which can flatten concrete buildings
