 INTRODUCTION
 Disability Scheme Suvidha app is created for recommending the suitable schemes available for the
Persons with Disabilities(PwDs).
 Since, there is no national portal for recommending schemes and to register for that specific
schemes.
 Our application is trying to get all the schemes under one platform to the users to easily register for
that scheme.
 The registration of Person with Disablities (PwDs) is based on the percentage of disability rate of
PwD.
 So, our application will be verifying the documents too and on the bases of disability type and
disability percentage we will recommend.

 PROBLEM FINDING AND MOTIVATION TO WORK
For registration of Persons with Disabilities
a) To monitor the no. of aids /applications issue across India for persons with disabilities
b) Transparency on benefits received by the beneficiaries
c) Reduction of replication/duplication of beneficiaries who are benefited through ADIP scheme
d) To allow self registration and online document verification to avail the scheme benefits from a
nearest implementing agency."

 METHODOLOGY

 Firstly, our user i.e. Person with Disabilities will register in our app fill personal, medical information pages and select
schemes later these information will be verified by the admin to check the user is true or not to avail the schemes.
 Verification is successful only if the details are filled properly and scheme suggested which best suites according to their
disability percentage.
 If the admin rejects the application it will return back to fill the details again.
 Scheme is recommended on bases on the disability percentage and disability type.
 This same process can be done using web portal too.

 Our app successfully recommends scheme to avail the benefits provided by Indian government to
Person with Disabilities.
