• Don’t act shocked or upset. Be someone they can talk about how
they’re feeling without judgement.
• Show love and compassion.
• Take action by removing the means of suicide and getting help from a
Doctor or give advice by Specialist.
Republic Act 7610 of the child protection
Act 1992.
Article 19 (Protection from all forms of Violence). Children have the right to
protected from being hurt, physically and mentally. Governments should ensure
the children are properly cared for and protect them from violence, abuse and
neglect by their parents or anyone else who looks after them.

Article 34(Sexual Exploitation). Governments should protect children from all


forms of sexual exploitation and abuse.

Article 35(Abduction, Sale and Trafficking). Government should take all


measures possible to make sure that children are not abducted, sold, or trafficked.
