Instructions for employs

 Do not smoke during working.


 All handlers must wear gloves, mask and head cover .
• All employees should wear clean cloths .
 Wash hands before working.
 There should be separate room for employs to change
their cloth.
 Don’t wear jewellery during working
Instructions for Cleanliness

 Floor should be clean, smooth and free from


pollution.
 Carbon should not accumulate on walls .
 All working table should made from stainless steel.
 Use foot operated and closable dustbins in Bakery.
 Freezer should not be cracked and Rusted.
 Personal items of workers should not be placed in
working area .
 Appropriate arrangements should be set for insects (insect killer ,
Rodent traps).
 Set proper area to wash utensils.
Instructions for Raw material

 Should use traceable Raw material .


 Do not use rotten and hatchery eggs .
 Should not use colors and flavors which effect health .
 Do not put any raw material directly on floor .
 Should install Rodent traps and insect killer within the premises.
 Must label all raw materials ( mention Mfg. And Exp.)
 Should place raw material and product separately.
 Use Utensils which made from food grade materials.
Instructions for storage

 Should made sections for the storage of different products.


 Should tag the products before storage in freezer.
 Chicken and milk products should place separately.
 Must label the final product ( mfg date , expiry date , ingredient
and method of preparation).
