WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
FROM THIS POWER POINT
PRESENTATION ??
 There are so many ways to make soil compost.
 In this presentation I am going to show you how to make soil
compost using a bucket
 I will show with examples
STEP NUMBER 1
 Take a bucket or a jug
 Poke some holes in it nor too big nor
too small
 As you can see I have pointed out the
holes for you to look at easily.
WHY DID I TELL YOU TO POKE
HOLES ??
 I told you to poke holes because when you make soil compost air
needs to be present there
 So by poking holes in the bucket or jug you are letting air in.
STEP NUMBER 2

 You can take some dried leaves or you can

use coconut husks.
 Put some in the bucket.
STEP NUMBER 3

 Get some dry soil.

 You can use the soil from your garden or
you can buy some soil from the store.
 Put some on top.
STEP NUMBER 4

 Add some vegetable waste (Such As : onion

peels , potato peels , etc.)
 Do not add cooked food and do not add non-
vegetarian food.
 You can add egg shells but not the egg white
and not the egg yolk
STEP NUMBER 5

 Now you again put some dry soil

on top of the vegetable waste.
STEP NUMBER 6
 To make the process fast you can add plain yogurt.
 Now let this rest for 30 days and mix it every
week .
I hope you understood how
to make soil compost.
