To God be the glory, great things he has done!
So loved he the world that he gave us his Son,
who yielded his life an atonement for sin,
and opened the life-gate that all may go in.
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord,
Let the earth hear his voice!
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father through Jesus the Son
and give him the glory, great things he has
done!
O perfect redemption, the purchase of
blood,
To every believer the promise of God!
And every offender who truly believes,
that moment from Jesus a pardon receives.
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord,
Let the earth hear his voice!
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father through Jesus the Son
and give him the glory, great things he has
done!
Great things he has taught us, great things he
has done,
and great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son,
but purer and higher and greater will be
our joy and our wonder, when Jesus we see.
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord,
Let the earth hear his voice!
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father through Jesus the Son
and give him the glory, great things he has
done!
Penitential Act
I confess to almighty God
and to you, my brothers and
sisters,
that I have greatly sinned
in my thoughts and in my words
in what I have done
and in what I have failed to do,
striking of the chest, say:
through my fault,
through my fault,
through my most grievous
fault;
Therefore I ask blessed Mary
ever-Virgin,
all the Angels and Saints,
and you,
my brothers and sisters,
to pray for me
to the Lord our God.
313.
Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.
Lord, have mercy on us all.
Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.
Lord, have mercy on us all.
Christ, have mercy. Christ, have
mercy.
Christ, have mercy on us all.
Christ, have mercy. Christ, have
mercy.
Christ, have mercy on us all.
Lord, have mercy. Lord, have
mercy.
Lord, have mercy on us all.
Lord, have mercy. Lord, have
mercy.
Lord, have mercy on us all.
406.
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!

Glory to God in the heights of the

heavens,
Peace to God’s people, all people on
earth.
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!

Son of the Father, all glory and

worship;
Praise and thanksgiving to you, Lamb
of God.
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!

You take away the sin of the world;

Have mercy on us, receive our prayer.
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!

Seated in pow’r at the right of the

Father,
Jesus alone is the Lord, the Most
High.
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!
Glory! Glory! Glory to God!

And with the Spirit of love everlasting,

Reigning in glory for ever, Amen.

Glory! Glory! Glory to God!

Glory! Glory! Glory to God!
Our Response in the Psalm is…

Lift up the light of your face on us, O

Lord.
Creed
I believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and
invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus
Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all
ages.
God from God,
Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us men and for our
salvation he came down from
heaven,
(all bow your head saying)
and by the Holy Spirit was
incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.
For our sake he was crucified
under Pontius Pilate,
he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of
the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the
Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father
and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son
is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the
prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic and
apostolic Church.
I confess one Baptism for the
forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the
resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come.
Amen.
Our response will be:

Let us pray to the Lord,

Lord, Hear our prayer

Divine Mercy Prayer
Most merciful Jesus,
I turn to You in my need.
You are worthy of my complete trust.
You are faithful in all things.
When my life is filled with confusion,
give me clarity and faith.
When I am tempted to despair, fill my
soul with hope.
Amen.

1. Thine be the glory, risen,
conquering Son, endless is the
victory thou o’er death hast
won; Angels in bright raiment
rolled the stone away, kept the
folded grave-clothes, where Thy
body lay.
Thine be the glory, risen,
conquering Son, Endless is the
victory Thou o’er death hast
won.
2. Lo, Jesus meets us risen from
the tomb; lovingly he greets us,
scatters fear and gloom; let the
church with gladness hymns of
triumph sing, for her Lord is
living, death has lost it’s sting.
Thine be the glory, risen,
conquering Son, Endless is the
victory Thou o’er death hast
won.
3. No more we doubt thee,
glorious Prince of life; Life is
nought without thee; aid us in
our strife; make us more than
conquerors, through thy
deathless love; bring us safe
through Jordan to thy home
above.
Thine be the glory, risen,
conquering Son, Endless is the
victory Thou o’er death hast
won.

Take our bread, we ask you,
Take our hearts, we love you,
Take our lives, oh Father,
We are yours, we are yours.
1. Yours as we stand at the table
you set,
Yours as we eat the bread our
hearts can’t forget.
We are the signs of your life with us
yet;
We are yours, we are yours.
Take our bread, we ask you,
Take our hearts, we love you,
Take our lives, oh Father,
We are yours, we are yours.
2. Your holy people stand
washed in your blood,
Spirit-filled, yet hungry, we await
your food.
Poor though we are, we have
brought ourselves to you:
We are yours, we are yours.
Take our bread, we ask you,
Take our hearts, we love you,
Take our lives, oh Father,
We are yours, we are yours.
313.

Holy, holy, holy, holy

Lord of power, Lord of might.
Heav’n and earth are filled with
glory,
Sing hosanna evermore.
Blest and holy, blest and holy
He who comes from god on high.
Raise your voices, sing his glory,
Praise his name for evermore.
MYSTERY OF FAITH

When we eat this Bread and drink

this Cup, we proclaim your Death, O
Lord, until you come again.
313.

Lamb of God, you take away

the sin,
the sin of all the world.
Give us mercy, give us mercy,
Give us mercy, Lamb of God.
Lamb of God, you take away
the sin,
the sin of all the world.
Give us mercy, give us mercy,
Give us mercy, Lamb of God.
Lamb of God, you take away the
sin,
the sin of all the world.
Grant us peace, Lord, grant us
peace, Lord,
grant us peace, O Lamb of God.
Priest: Behold the Lamb of God, behold
Him who takes away
the sins of the world.
Blessed are those called
to the supper of the Lamb.

People: Lord, I am not worthy

that you should enter under my roof,
but only say the word
and my soul shall be healed.
Spiritual Communion:
My Jesus, I believe that you are present in
the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You
above all things and I desire to receive You
into my soul. Since I cannot now receive
You sacramentally, come at least
spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as
if You were already there, and unite myself
wholly to You. Amen.

All Heaven declares
The glory of the risen Lord
Who can compare
With the beauty of the
Lord
Forever He will be
The Lamb upon the
Throne
I gladly bow the knee
And worship You alone
I will proclaim
The glory of the risen
Lord
Who once was slain
To reconcile man to God
Forever He will be
The Lamb upon the
Throne
I gladly bow the knee
And worship You alone

1. Soul of my Saviour, sanctify my
breast;
Body of Christ, be thou my saving
guest;
Blood of my Saviour, bathe me in
thy tide;
Wash me with water flowing from
thy side.
2. Strength and protection may
thy Passion be;
O Blessed Jesus, hear and answer
me;
deep in thy wounds, Lord, hide
and shelter me;
so shall I never, never part from
thee.
3. Guard and defend me from the
foe malign;
in death's dread moments make
me only thine;
call me and bid me come to Thee
on high,
when I may praise thee with thy
saints for aye.

Lord, the light of Your love is
shining
In the midst of the darkness,
shining
Jesus, Light of the world, shine
upon us
Set us free by the truth You now
bring us
Shine on me, shine on me….
Shine, Jesus, shine, fill this land
with the Father's glory
Blaze, Spirit, blaze, set our hearts
on fire
Flow, river, flow, flood the nations
with grace and mercy
Send forth Your word, Lord, and
let there be light
Lord, I come to Your awesome
presence
From the shadows into Your
radiance
By the blood, I may enter Your
brightness
Search me, try me, consume all my
darkness
Shine on me, shine on me
Shine, Jesus, shine, fill this land
with the Father's glory
Blaze, Spirit, blaze, set our hearts
on fire
Flow, river, flow, flood the nations
with grace and mercy
Send forth Your word, Lord, and
let there be light
As we gaze on Your kingly
brightness
So our faces display Your likeness
Ever-changing from glory to glory
Mirrored here, may our lives tell
Your story
Shine on me, shine on me
Shine, Jesus, shine, fill this land
with the Father's glory
Blaze, Spirit, blaze, set our hearts
on fire
Flow, river, flow, flood the nations
with grace and mercy
Send forth Your word, Lord, and
let there be light
