should aim to assume 2-
3 servings of fruit. A
serving is ½ apple, pear
or banana or a handful of
grapes.
 Dairy
Dairy products like milk,
cheese, and yogurt, butter
are important for providing
calcium and vitamin D.
Toddlers need to have 2
servings a day of dairy
foods or at least 350 ml
whole milk. A serving is a
small pot of yogurt or 40g (1
1/2oz) cheese.
