Today on the agenda is the song “Otac s kišobranom”. Firstly, we will be


reading the song. After we have read the song, we will analyze the meaning of
the song and give our opinions. So let us start by reading first.

Kada popodne, iznenada, U kolima su i ruke zauzete


kiša zalije ulice grada ne mogu djeci da polete.
mnoga se kola pred školu sjate, A moji prsti odmah se uvuku
da djecu što prije kući vrate. u dobru, veliku očevu ruku,
I moj otac dođe po mene i tu osjete da ih grije
sa kišobranom, ručke drvene. ljubav mog oca, koji se smije.

Ne zavidim djeci u kolima I tako idemo kao dva druga,


na mekim, udobnim sjedištima, svaka nam riječ topla, duga.
jer u onom gradskom metežu
s ocem tek poneku riječ svežu.
