INTRODUCTION
 The objective of implementing a Scissor Lift and Skylift
certification project within our company is to ensure that
all operators possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and
certifications to operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently.
 This program aims to enhance safety standards and
improve overall operational efficiency within our
workplace.

Process LICENSE
Documentation
• Department PIC or employees must collect and return

• Failure to return licenses may lead to disciplinary action.

Collection/Delivery Review and Revision


• L&D accepts only physical returns and confirms them by
signing a return logbook. • L&D periodically reviews and revises guidelines based on
feedback or policy changes.
IMPORTANT NOTE
 Any competent Scissor Lift and SkyLift operators that involved in incident, accident or received any safety summon related task due to his/her negligence, the license will be automatically
revoked, and he/she will not be granted to attend the internal Scissor Lift and Skylift Competency Training and operate any Scissor Lift and Skylift for at least 6 moths, he/she will be
allowed to have 1 chance to get the Competency. Involvement with any situation that led to revocation of his/her license during this chance, he/she will be banned from having this
competency.
 The license is not transferable from one person to another person. Only those that attend and pass the assessment will be issued with the license ID.
