INTRODUCTION

• Pollution is a significant problem that affects the environment and human health. It refers
to the introduction of harmful substances or pollutants into the environment that cause
adverse effects.
TYPES AND SOURCES

• There are various types of pollution, including air pollution, water pollution, soil
pollution, noise pollution, and light pollution. The sources of pollution are also diverse,
including industrial activities, transportation, agriculture, and household activities.
EFFECTS OF POLLUTION

• The effects of pollution can be devastating, causing a wide range of health problems such
as respiratory illnesses, neurological disorders, cancer, and reproductive problems.
Pollution can also damage the ecosystem, leading to the extinction of plant and animal
species, and a decrease in biodiversity.
HOW TO ADDRESS ITS PROBLEM

• To address the pollution problem, individuals, governments, and industries need to take
action to reduce their environmental impact. This can include implementing regulations
and policies, using clean energy sources, reducing waste, and using sustainable practices
in manufacturing and agriculture. It is essential that everyone works together to reduce
pollution and protect the environment for future generations.
