Göbeklitepe
Göbeklitepe is located in
Şanlıurfa and is the oldest
known historical structure in
the world

Additionally, the first traces


of settled life and agriculture
were found in Göbeklitepe.
Göbeklitepe, which also
influenced the history of
religions, is the first known
center of worship.
Pisa Tower
The Leaning Tower of Pisa has started to
lean towards the south since the date it
was completed. The reason for this is that
the ground on which the foundation sits
collapses. However, since the projection
of the center of gravity of the building
remains within its own foundation circle,
the tower does not topple. The tower is
tilting by seven-tenths of a millimeter
every year (7 cm in 100 years). The
current inclination of the tower is about
5.5°.
Pamukkale
Travertines
Pamukkale travertines are located in
Denizli
Travertine is a versatile rock that is
formed as a result of various reasons and
chemical reactions. The geological events
that created the Pamukkale thermal
spring affected a wide region. There are
17 hot water areas in this region with
temperatures varying between 35-100 C.

Brazil. The statue is
considered a cultural
symbol of Brazil and a
global symbol of
Christianity.
Ancient
City of
Ephesus
Ephesus was an ancient Greek city,
later an important Roman city,
located on the west coast of
Anatolia, 3 km away from today's
Selçuk district. It was one of the
twelve cities of Ionia during the
classical Greek period. Its
foundation dates back to the
Neolithic Age, around 6000 BC.
