END USER TRAINING OVERVIEW

BASIC Activities during the End user training
1. Please get all the necessary templates for daily reporting to PMO (E.g. attendance list,
Issues register, email contact to whom you will be reporting, Contact person in case you
need help)
2. Take attendance list. (twice a day)
3. Conduct End user training
4. Register issues on the end user issues register template which will be shared by PMO.
5. Send the template before lunch and at the end of the day, so SEIDOR consultant can
address the issue ASAP before the end user training concludes.
6. Deloitte team will be compiling the issues and communicate with SEIDOR team
(Tesfalem/Kelifa will be managing that)
7. At the end of each session conduct questions and answer
8. Communicate to the end users there will be an exam at the end of the session
9. Prepare written exam (At least 10 key questions), (Deloitte will review the questions)
10.Everyone should submit the exam to the trainer by email.
11. Review the exam, score and send the results to the PMO
12.Please select the most active people during the training (each session) (This will help to
identify the right people in case they need support at branch in the future) and send to
PMO
