standards Especially in today's times with growing competition it is very essential that the hotel
tries to provides as many food outlets to the guest serving various kinds of quality cuisine.

Basically the kitchen department is inspired by Mughlai Cuisine.

At last I would like to conclude that my Industrial Training was scheduled at OBEROI AMARVILAS
AGRA, had a great experience and got to learn professional skills in the hotel industry. I really
