SPECIAL TEST NECK

- Cervical spinous process exam : kepala flexi, landmark C7, lakukan palpasi
- Spurling test : kepala extension 30 derajat, lateral flexion, kompresi cervical, + jika nyeri (HNP)
- Compression test : kepala lurus kedepan, kepala ditekan, + jika nyeri (HNP)
- Neck distraction test : jika kepala ditarik, + jika nyeri akan berkurang (HNP)
- Lhermitte sign : kepala flexi, + jika nyeri (HNP)

- Adson test : kepala rotasi kearah yang sakit, + jika radial pulse hilang (thoracic oulet syndrom)
